This privately owned and operated hotel is set in 7.5 acres of gardens between Cwmbran and Newport. All hotel guests get complimentary use of the exclusive Colonial Health and Leisure Club facilities include heated indoor pool sauna spa bath steam room gymnasium solarium cafe bar and private sunbathing terrace. Ravello's Restaurant serves Carvery and A La Carte meals every evening and a very popular Sunday Lunch. The Country Table Coffee Shop is open daily Monday to Saturday serving snacks salads sandwiches cakes hot and cold drinks. All of the hotel bedrooms were fully refurbished in 2005 and 2006 and offer a very high standard of comfort for the discerning guest. Oversized beds plush carpets marble bathrooms luxury toiletries and fluffy towels complement the hotel's goal.....to provide a good night's sleep. Live entertainment is provided in the comfortable lounge every Friday and Saturday evening with resident musicians. Feel free to have a dance!
